Retreat to the mystical land of Bhutan this Autumn to the land of the Thunder Dragons. My Guides have shown me the specific places to visit and rituals and ceremonies to perform at each location to allow healing, personal transformation and energy advancement to transpire for each individual and all the participants as a collective.
This retreat is infused with a touch of magic coupled with an element of surprise! I will be offering wisdom teachings, channelled meditations with singing bowls and Dragon and Chakra activations for the deepest healing and energy body restoration to take place.
As we visit the temples and take in the local sights, immersing all our senses in the rich cultural heritage, the natural vortex energies of the land continue to work on all our bodies -the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, to re-align, accelerate and ground in the healing and transformation.
This is a precious and exquisite destination, where I personally feel the shifts each and every time I visit and why this has been the top group retreat location for the past 7 years.
Bhutan is characterised by her majestic mountains untampered and undulating valleys. To ease into the higher altitudes, we will begin with a walking meditation in Phobjikha Valley that will allow us to slowly acclimatize to the altitude as we lean into our body’s own natural rhythm.
This gradual approach will prepare us for the hike up to Tigers Nest, where we will experience a direct connection to the higher dimensions through the star gate portal that is present there.

In the planning stages of each retreat, my Guides show me the places to visit, the rituals and ceremonies to perform at various locations to allow for healing, transformation and energy advancement for this next group of participants to take place.
The meditations, teachings or activations are all channeled from my Guides and Divine Presence, to cater specifically to the needs of each group and individuals present.
Before registration opens, a clear intention is being held for each retreat and each joining participant, to be held in Divine Light, Love and ultra high frequencies from the 12-D to induce the deepest healing and energy body restoration to take place. Yes, my guides and I start well before we travel!
The location guides I collaborate with are hand picked for their integrity, honesty, compassion, high work ethics and spiritual nature to guide the group.
Each guide is energetically vetted by the prior to each retreat therefore the location guides may change from retreat to retreat, as they are in essence, our protectors and space holders in their locality. With some, I have built a profound relationship with them over the years. I am ever grateful to them 🙏🏻
